Red Velvet (with Cream Cheese Frosting)

Semua orang dah tau tentang Red Velvet, betul tak? Untuk yang belum tau, Red Velvet Cake atau cupcake adalah campuran batter menggunakan "buttermilk" dan sedikit serbuk koko serta pewarna merah. Rasa dia sangat sedap...dan texture dia moist sebab "buttermilk" tu. Dalam gambar ni, kami upload Red Velvet cupcake dengan cream cheese topping. 

Oh ya...frosting boleh pilih samada cream cheese, buttercream atau marshmallow meringue :).
